    They are headquartered in Montreal where 300 of their 450 employees are based. The Montreal location includes the corporate offices, production and warehouse facilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Fielding telephone calls for customer service inquiries;
    • verifying the availability of repeats and special orders and generating picking tickets to reserve/ship the goods.;
    • Data entry which includes processing repeats, specials, hots and basics regular;
    • Placing orders in the system and subsequently picking goods for immediate or “back order” shipping;
    • Customer searches to try to locate special request pieces shipped to other customers and have them returned to the house and re-directed to the inquiring retailer;
    • Providing after sales service;
    • Issuing return authorizations and locating replacement pieces to cover the return along with the issuance of “pick up” tags
    • Taking client information’s in reference to order amendments such as delivery dates and shipping requirements;
    • Working direct sales with customers in our clearance department.
    • Direct communication with end users to locate stores in their area or deal with their complaints.

    • Exceptional organizational skills;
    • Strong written and oral communication skills;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
    • Work well in team environment;
    • Quick Learner;
    • Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Environment;
    • Bilingual
