How do I change my email address?
Here are the steps to follow. Note that you can always refer to the training manual that was provided to you.
1. Access your Business Profile and access the Manage Email section. Click on Modify.
2. Change the email address accordingly and SAVE your changes.
3. An email will be sent advising you of the change.

How do I change my password?
There are 2 ways for you to change your password. Note that you can always refer to the training manual that was provided to you.
Option 1:
1. Access your Business Profile and access the Manage Password section.
2. Enter the requested information and SAVE your changes.
3. An email will be sent advising you of the change.
Option 2:
1. Access the SIGN IN page and click on Forgot your password?
2. Enter your email address and click on SEND
3. An email will be sent to you with a link that will allow you to modify your password
How can I subcribe/unsubcribe from your communication center?
Here are the steps to follow in order to modify this feature.
1. Access your Business Profile and access the Manage communication Preferences section.
2.Simply click on the toggle to activate or deactivate the notification option.
