Once an order is placed through our website, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Within 15 minutes of validating your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that your order can be sent in multiple packages. You will then receive email notifications at each step of the shipping process. Notifications will detail the contents of each package with links to tracking numbers, so you can know the status and location of your package(s) at any time.

On the Order History page, you can access your order details by clicking the VIEW ORDER button next to each order. For all orders shipped (in part or in full), a tracking number link will be displayed on the same line. By clicking on the tracking link, you will access more detailed information about the shipping status of the order, provided by the carrier.

Firstly, check the order tracking number on the carrier's site for full details on the delivery progress in real time.

If the order says it is being delivered to your address, check the name of the person who signed for the delivery on the carrier's website and make sure it is someone from your company.

If the order is in multiple packages and a box is missing (Ex: Box 2/3), check with the carrier's customer service department to see if they still have the missing box and if they can schedule a new delivery.

If the order has not been updated on the carrier's website in a timely manner, it is possible that the box is blocked or lost. In this case, we can assist you in the process of retrieving a blocked or lost package. To do so, we strongly recommend that you contact our customer service department, who will be happy to assist you.

Your items might be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock availability and/or where it will be shipped from.

Your shipment notification email will provide you with the details of what will be included in your package.

You can always validate this information through your order history page. Click here to access your account Dashboard.

Backordered items are listed in the order details in the My Order History section. The replenishment date on this page indicates the estimated date that replenishment will be completed in our warehouses.

This date is not a delivery date or a guarantee of replenishment. Furthermore, this date is subject to change without notice.
